Alora Care is governed by two Directors whose combined leadership provides a high level of operational strength, compliance governance, and frontline service expertise across the NDIS landscape.
One Director brings extensive experience in Level 2 Support Coordination, SDA portfolio management, operational leadership, workforce governance, incident and risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, having led multi-site operations, high-risk participant environments, complex stakeholder networks, and audit-ready systems aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards.
The second Director contributes strong clinical and coordination expertise through a background in Support Coordination, Care Coordination, and Disability Support Work, with demonstrated capability in participant intake, care planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, crisis response, staff mentoring, documentation governance, and community service navigation. Following her most recent coordination role, she continued working in active coordination and transitional operational capacity while supporting organisational establishment, system development, and participant onboarding.
Together, the Directors provide the organisation with robust clinical insight, strong governance oversight, workforce leadership, and participant-centred operational controls to ensure the safe, ethical, and compliant delivery of NDIS supports in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality and Safeguards Framework.
